Shipping Policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (Australia Wide) :
We offer a flat rate for all AU orders and ship FREE for orders over $100*. This does not apply to large or bulky items such as lamps, some homewares and funiture. Please contact us for a shipping quote for any large items.

For our locals, we also offer FREE delivery - within postcodes 2315, 2316 and 2317.

Collection from our Salamander Bay store is also available. Choose the click and collect option at checkout.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours.



INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING :
We regularly ship to the UK, New Zealand, Hong King, Singapore, France, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Canada, Qatar and The Netherlands.

Flate rate international shipping is only $25 and typically takes between 8-25 business days.

Taz and import duty's may be levied by your local customs office or postal service. Any additional charges for customs clearance, import duties or local taxes are to be borne by the customer. We do not take any responsibility for these charges and have no control over what they may be.

Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you love your item, however we know online shopping doesn’t always go quite right, so we have a 14 day returns policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Return process:

· Please email us at infolillyh@gmail.com with your order number letting us know to expect a return parcel - within 14 days of receiving your order.

· Post the item/s back to us at Lilly Hill, Shop 1&2, 251 Soldiers Point Rd, Salamander Bay NSW 2317. Please note return shipping is at your cost.

· Select your preferred return option and indicate this on the card included in your parcel;

Store credit for 100% of the purchase price
Refund to your original payment method - minus a $10 administration fee
Exchange - please indicate size/colour etc.

·We will notify you once we’ve received and processed your return.

A store credit will be issued to you in the form of an online gift voucher - for 100% of the purchase price.

If you choose a refund, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method - minus the adminstration fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.

Alternatively, if requested, an exchange will be sent to you and you will be notified via email of the parcel tracking details.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.



Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), earrings and headwear (for hygiene reasons) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
